This international-award winning community, Community First! Village is a master planned community for most vulnerable men and women suffering from chronic homelessness, located in Austin Texas. For this community we did partial master planning for Phase I, full master plan for Phase II and working on master plans for Phase III and IV. We also  designed several individual micro-homes, all community kitchens and bath houses for Phase II, III and IV.
